Here are three sources on the topic of dieting of varying degrees of reliability. The first is "Why Diets Fail- Expert Diet Advice as a cause of Diet Failure" from the American Psychologist Journal. This is a very reliable source because it is from an academic journal and because the author quotes a number of reliable sources to back up his argument.
The second most reliable source is an article from Fox News called "High Calcium Diet Keeps the Weight Off." This article is moderately reliable because it is from a legitimate organization (Fox News) but it is not peer reviewed so it isn't as reliable as the first source.
My least reliable source is Diet page on the Wikipedia site. This source would not be reliable enough to use in a paper because it is by a number of authors and none of the information is sited or verifiable.
